Erna Stassen Coaching/Consulting
Welcome to my website! I am very passionate about supporting women and preparing them for success. I help professional women with a strong desire to help others develop the right mindset and learn critical self-care techniques so they can live impactful, powerful lives.
Many professional women are busy supporting and appeasing others while feeling empty and lost inside and their life becomes unmanageable and out of control. It affects their health and wellness in a negative way, which limits their ability to become truly successful, and it keeps them from their potential to be the leader and have the influence they desire. Whether this means being a positive role-model for their family, or at work and in the community.
WHY AM I DOING THIS?
Building Strong Lives
I worked with many women just like that when I was a physiotherapist and what really helped them was not the physical part of the therapy. This was a big part of the reason for me to transition into my current career.
I developed a curriculum which is based on over 25 years of experience as a physiotherapist in various areas of health care, combined with extensive knowledge in the field of neuro-physiology, neuro-psychology, psychology, personal development, and high performance.
I am very passionate about making a difference in the lives of these women. I am one of those women.
There is nobody that can give you a ready prescription that will help you transform your life. You have to learn how to develop your OWN unique prescription that works for you. What works for some may not work for you, because you are unique.
There is, however, a fundamental TRUTH about how to live a good life, a better life. Whether you implement this in your life is your choice. You can be FREE, WHOLE, CONNECTED, and WORTHY. Your work is to be congruent with this.
Your purpose is to be the best version of you that you can be.
A good life is easy to lose. It's fragile, and we are vulnerable. It is not easy to figure out how to live a good life and maintaining it. It is really hard work. Especially when things go wrong: loss of health, relationship, or financial security are big ones. I have had my share of those experiences, I am sure you have too.
I can't stress enough how important it is to understand the true meaning of self-care. It means taking responsibility, building character, and consulting your conscience frequently so you KNOW what's true for you. How else can you speak your own truth intelligently? This takes tremendous courage, which is why you need to build character.
The world is in need of strength and courage.
You can't keep giving without strength and courage.
It is not sustainable.
This is what I do. This is what I'm good at. Teaching women how they can grow strong. Give them the tools and the methodology that prepares them for their success.
A LIFE THAT IS GOOD
